The iconic ERA. helmet bag is made from HOMMA HERRINGBONE material specially ordered by ERA. from Honma Orimono in Kurodasho-cho, Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture.

It is made with yarn dyeing, which is rare for canvas, and has good color development and high dye fastness. Therefore, it is finished in an exquisite gray color that is typical of ERA., and it is also very compatible with styling.

It was created by mashing up details from different eras of Royal Air Force helmet bags, and with the introduction of a charge for plastic bags at checkouts, it was created as ERA's own version of an eco-bag.
