About points
The points system is available only to registered PAN ONLINE STORE members, and gives you 1% of your purchase amount back. 1 point can be used as 1 yen.
- Points will be reflected after your purchase when the product is shipped.
- Member registration is free.
- Points are valid for 6 months from the date of your last purchase.
- When returning a product, we will refund the points that were awarded or used at the time of purchase.
- There are some products for which points cannot be used and for which points are not awarded.
- You can use it not only online but also in store. Please ask a staff member when making payment.
How to use points
- log in.
- Click the cart button on the top right.
- Click on "Current points owned" at the bottom right.
- Enter the points you want to use and press the "Use" button.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with coupons.
- Points are a benefit exclusive to members.
- New members will receive 1,000 points upon registration.
