A collection of works by American artist Alex Da Corte. This book is the 4th in a series that is still in production, cataloging the 57 video works " Rubber Pencil Devil " produced in 2018 and releasing them in the form of a flipbook.

" Rubber Pencil Devil " is a highly stylized 2 drawing inspiration from a variety of iconic and cultural sources such as old television footage, 20th century animation, queer and eccentric American culture and customs. It is a work in which a video of 40 minutes is looped. It's almost hypnotic, with slow, gesticulating performances of well-known and popular characters. These characters are immersed in a saturated world of everyday objects, domestic symbols, and familiar rules. The author himself is one of the performers in the film, dressed as various food puppets and iconic characters such as the Pink Panther, Sylvester Cat, Fred Rogers and the Devil. According to the author, " Rubber Pencil Devil " is a "total work of art" (Gesamtkunstwerk), combining elements of video, music and architecture to give the viewer an immersive experience. It is a suggestive work for avant-garde artists, pop singers, entertainers and manga characters.
