This US-style bag with adjustable shoulder straps has been given a simpler, more stripped-down design, typical of ERA. There are no zippers or other fastenings, so it has almost no military feel, making it a relaxed piece that can be worn with any style.

It also has a handle on the inside so you can carry it by hand. There are two large pockets on the outside with snap closures. The inside pocket is larger than usual, so it's the perfect size to fit small books and other items. Like the standard model, this one is also packable.
