A collection of works by Japanese photographer Takashi Homma. A book about the windows of Le Corbusier's architecture. As a clue to relive the viewpoint of the architect, which cannot be captured in ordinary architectural photography, this photo book focuses on the scenery seen from the window, and the stained primary colors from "Mother's House" overlooking the horizon of Lake Geneva in Switzerland. Introducing 20 Le Corbusier architecture shot by the author, including the Ronchamp Chapel, which is widely known for its glass. A contribution by Tim Benton looks back on Le Corbusier's quest for beautiful framing, starting with the horizontal windows. Co-published by the General Incorporated Foundation "Window Research Institute", the Canadian Center for Architecture (CCA) and the German publisher "WALTHER KÖNIG".
